BroadSoft, Inc. today announced the commercial availability of BroadCloud® in Europe – enabling service providers to rapidly offer cloud-based hosted PBX, SIP Trunking and Unified Communications (UC) services to their enterprise customers throughout the region. These Unified Communications services are integrated with an end-to-end platform that supports the full life-cycle of the business customer, from initial quote to service activation to support.
As a hosted, cloud-based infrastructure, BroadCloud now arms service providers throughout Europe with the flexibility and scalability to market a comprehensive suite of Unified Communications, including Hosted PBX, SIP Trunking, instant messaging & presence, audio conferencing and video calling. With BroadCloud, service providers can more quickly deliver these Unified Communications services to their enterprise customers without the associated capital, lease, or maintenance costs of a premises-based telephony system.
