Datamatics Acquires Award Winning 1KEY Suite of Offerings from MAIA Business Intelligence

Mumbai, 18 May 2015: Datamatics Global Services Ltd. (DGSL), the global Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions provider, has completed its acquisition of the award winning 1KEYsuite of BI solutions from MAIA Intelligence.

“To meet our growth plans and provide our enterprise customers solutions to help them derive actionable insights for optimized business outcomes, we have decided to acquire 1KEY suite of products developed by MAIA Intelligence,” said Rahul Kanodia – Vice Chairman & CEO, DGSL.

1KEY provides on-line as well as off-line BI, along with mobile dashboards for smart devices. Microsoft has also published a case study on 1KEY suite of products. 1KEY suite of products has an installed base of over 250 corporations, and will be now available to the enterprise customers globally.

The addition of 1KEY suite of products to the other BI solutions that the company supports including SPSS, SAS, IBM Cognos, Qlikview, Tableau and Sentipede, fortifies Datamatics’ position in the BI & Analytics space.
