Today, our solution manifests state-of-the-art media delivery services through over-the-top (OTT) dongles, 4K streaming, quality of service (QoS), next-generation graphics (NGX), and more. The AXON Platform for Media curates them all so our partners can supply premium video services to their subscribers and consumers through existing networks. Traditionally, if you’re a cable provider, you deliver your video via coaxial/high-frequency cable. If you’re a satellite provider, you deliver via satellite. If you’re a telco, you’re using VDSL or XDSL or fiber. Now service providers are embracing an all-IP delivery mechanism or content delivery network (CDN), enabling the on-demand media consumption services we’ve all come to demand.

The notion of an all-IP infrastructure is complex, and AXON Platform for Media is equipped to provide that architecture regardless of provider type or CDN. Better still, Greenwave offers something greater than the means to create and maintain quality media delivery services. Because the media core within our system fully interacts with the network core, new premium OTT content delivery services are unlocked. The media core that enables this future has to interoperate with the right pieces of a provider network to deliver such targeted and personalized connected services, but that is our specialty.

Martin Manniche- (Founder, Chairman and CEO)

Martin Manniche is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Greenwave Systems. He is responsible for leading all aspects of the company, including setting the company’s vision and strategic roadmap, leading the hardware team and managing strategic partnerships. Prior to founding Greenwave Systems, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Cisco Systems’ Consumer Business Group, where he headed the Cisco Connected Home architecture team and drove Z-Wave and ZigBee technology over TCP/IP, HomePlug, MoCA and Wi-Fi standards. Mr. Manniche was Co-Founder and COO of Denmark’s KiSS Technology, where he helped bring the world’s first DivX player to market. Other technology firsts he helped enable include the HDD recorder and the world’s first connected DVD player. Mr. Manniche’s talent, commitment and passion for technological innovation have earned him more than 100 industry accolades, including an IT-Prisen, Denmark’s most prestigious award.
