Ideagen launch Android app for its cloud software application, Enlighten

INFORMATION management software developer, Ideagen, has launched an Android app of its market leading GRC cloud product.

Enlighten for Android eases the task of reporting and audit management by combining the power of the software with the functionality and mobility of an Android device.

The app removes the need to manage mountains of paperwork during the reporting or auditing process, removing lengthy administration times associated with paper-based methods.

The move to Android comes after Ideagen released a version of the Enlighten app on iOS earlier this year.

Ross McLarnon, Ideagen’s Product Manager for Enlighten, said: “We are absolutely delighted to announce that, following significant customer demand, we have expanded our mobile capability and created a version of our popular Enlighten application for Android users.

“Since releasing the first of our mobile apps for Q-Pulse on iOS in 2012, we have received countless requests from customers keen for us to create versions of our software for other platforms.

“By releasing Enlighten for Android, it shows that we are an organisation that listens to its customers and one that is willing to take the steps required in helping them meet and exceed expectations when it comes to quality, safety, risk and compliance management.”

Ideagen supplies governance, risk, compliance and healthcare products to industries such as aviation, manufacturing, healthcare and life science.

The company already has a suite of mobile apps for its Q-Pulse software, with Q-Pulse Docs, Q-Pulse Audit and Q-Pulse Reporting released in 2012. Q-Pulse has more than 1.25 million users globally.
