Tesla has moved higher over the last few months
The Silicon Review
04 July, 2017

The focus is now shifted to Tesla’s Model 3. The company has already delivered 47,100 vehicles in the first half of the year and is expecting for yet another huge response from the users globally. And the new model has already gained popularity within a very short span of time and is currently on high demand. Overall, Tesla delivered just over 22,000 vehicles in the second quarter, bringing its first half deliveries to 47,100, within the company's guidance of between 47,000 and 50,000 vehicles. All the minor defects in the production as well as manufacture are rectified and the product is almost ready to roll out.

Last year, reports said Tesla received 400,000 pre-orders for Model 3, and the very first unit for delivery was set to be built later this week. The vehicle is selling for $35,000, according to Tesla's website, which suggests a potential future sales value of about $14 billion. Previously the company experienced a production shortfall of 100 kWh battery packs, which was later rectified using the latest technologies. Of all the products which are about to release soon, the major focus is still on the Model 3 ,which is expected to come by the end of July along with other 29 models.  According to Elon Musk, around 20,000 cars can be sold out per month by the end of December, which is still not a big number according to the authorities. Let’s wait and see if Tesla can go beyond all the previously set boundaries in its sales!
