Accenture Takes Over DAZ Systems

Accenture has made an announcement that it has acquired DAZ Systems, Oracle’s cloud partner. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed by any of the companies.

According to Accenture, more than 300 professionals from DAZ will join the company’s Oracle business group. The acquisition will pave the way for organisations to use and combine human capital management applications with enterprise performance management.

Accenture’s robust capabilities will be strengthened by the acquisition and will provide new value for the clients on their cloud journey. Both Accenture and ZAP will help clients to unlock greater values by integrating deep knowledge and broad industry expertise.

Earlier, Accenture purchased Certus Solution, a British company which boosted its capabilities in providing digital transformation on Oracle Cloud.

DAZ Systems was founded in 1955. The headquarters of the company is located in EL Segundo, California. The company is one of the top notched partners in Oracle’s Partnernertwork and has helped more than 500 successful Oracle implementations till now. DAZ is certified by Oracle ERP Cloud and HCM Cloud. For three consecutive years, i.e. 2015 to 2017, DAZ Systems was named Oracle’s Cloud Partner of the year.
