The new Intel Core i9 processor will be launched soon

siliconreview The new Intel Core i9 processor will be launched soon

Intel has introduced a new processor which is considered to be the best till date. The new Core i9 processor will give the ultimate computing experience ever, since it will have up to six cores. Intel has designed these processors for high-end laptops used for gaming, content creations, VR and mixed reality applications. The product is expected to hit the market soon.

The new processor, Core i9- 8950HK processor, is powered by Hyper-threading technology with a total of twelve threads and a 12MB cache. Moreover, the clock speed is around 2.9GHz with a maximum single-core Turbo Boost speed of 4.8 GHz. Intel’s new feature called Thermal Velocity Boost will increase the clock speed of the CPU and support the Dual channel DDR4-2666 RAM.

This processor is based on the previous 8th Gen models which were created by Coffee Lake architecture for main stream desktops. It is believed that this processor would produce up to 41 percent better game play experience and up to 59 percent faster 4K video editing speed as compared to the previous generation Corei7-7820HK processor.

With the fast paced growth of the PC gaming industry, Intel is putting efforts to meet the growing demand for incredibly fast laptops which could provide desktop-like performance for an immersive and responsive experience, including the ability to stream and record without compromising game play while still enabling portability.

Intel is taking its innovations to the next level, and in the future, they are likely to introduce more hi-tech PCs and Laptops.
