It will be really interesting if tech giant, Google, brings in AI on their news App. Recently, the company has decided to introduce AI on Google news to make the app more sophisticated for users. According to sources, the primary function of the AI would be to link the relationship between people, places and things as the world changes accordingly.

 The new service will be powered by an unfiltered view for the smooth streaming of stories, videos, tweets, timelines, etc to provide important news to everyone. Furthermore, the company is likely to take contents from the most reliable news sources for its app and there will be no human editors or any tie-up with a sourced news provider. There will be a common headline for all the users to avoid mislead of information.

Google News lead, Trystan Upstill, said, “This approach means Google News understands the people, places, and things involved in a story as it evolves, and connects how they relate to one another.”

Many big firms from Silicon Valley is on a race to become a renowned digital news platform and are relying on AI to brush up their contents but Google news is more advanced in terms of utilizing computer technology.

“Google News will bring users the news they care about from trusted sources while still providing a full range of perspectives on events”, says Sundar Pichai, CEO of Google.
