ALTR releases its first blockchain based security software

After 4 years of stealth R&D on the blockchain, the America based firm, ALTR has finally released its first commercial software package that unleashes the security benefits of the blockchain. The announcement of the launch was made public on Monday.

“We have a choice between change or breach. Network-focused security isn’t enough because it never really puts a dent in the sheer number of vulnerabilities. Rather than patching the existing attack surface, ALTR has found a way to significantly reduce it,” said David Sikora, CEO of ALTR.

Built on ALTRchain, the new ALTR platform is the only high-performance, enterprise-grade blockchain technology for ultra-secure data access and storage. The platform is practically impossible to attack and it can act as a data solution management for organizations, which can be used for tracking, accessing and storing sensitive information. Moving beyond failure and old-fashioned perimeter systems, ALTR’s new development signals a fundamentally new idea in cybersecurity.

The platform is useful for both technical and non-technical business stakeholders to use, providing them with an intrinsic view and control over the inner data-environment of an organization.

Additionally, the company has also raised some funds from several institutional places and private sources in the IT, cybersecurity and financial services industries for its development.
