We all are aware of the fact that the Health-care sector is a $3 trillion industry with a vast number of players and now Amazon plans on expanding in this sector by tagging a new player in the team. Maulik Majmudar, a famous cardiologist and the associate director of the healthcare transformation lab at Massachusetts General Hospital. The big announcement was made on Monday Maulik Majmudar’s Twitter account. He seems very happy and excited to work with Amazon. It is evident that both Maulik Majmudar and Amazon will make a great team because Maulik Majmudar has a very firm grip over what he does best.

His past is quite fascinating because he was a medical advisor at HILABSINC for two years. Further, he also worked as a lecturer/visiting scientist at MIT and as an assistant professor at Harvard Medical School. For more than seven years he was part of Massachusetts General Hospital and then was a Medical Advisor at Biofourmis. A very balanced and highly reputed profile and no wonder why Jeff Bezos has shown interest in him.
