The Boring Company Shows an Amazing Way to Operate Its Machines with an Xbox Controller

When it’s an Elon Musk company, it has to be the most quirky!

Best known for its Flamethrower and sending giant machines into the earth to make tunnels for super-fast trains, Elon Musk’s Boring Company posted a new video on Twitter showing a novel use of technology — a new method of operating a section of one its huge boring machines with an Xbox controller.

Let's be frank, no one knew playing Xbox might lead to such an amazing job; it was more like an idea, but the Tesla and SpaceX owner, Elon Musk has literally brought that idea into reality. Watching that massive boring machine getting operated by a Video game controller is undeniably amazing.

In April 2017, the Boring Co. started its journey. It dug a trench at SpaceX’s Hawthorne, CA headquarters and extended the tunnel digging for two more miles under the city after getting approval. Also, the company began its projects under LA’s Highway 405 and got its approval to dig under Washington DC and Chicago. On Twitter, Elon Musk noted that the video shows the company’s one of the new boring machines.
