Post-Traumatic stress disorder is something that happens all the time in the military. PTSD Majorly focusing on the disorder that some develops after they have experienced a shocking or drastic event that can’t be forgotten easily. In order to provide a solution for this a company in San Diego-based Baslyne partnering with a medical technology company called WAVi is combing old and new technology. Here these two companies will be measuring the strength and quickness of brain’s response system. For this, the tech used is electroencephalogram (EEG) that is combined with tests that are used to scale various tones as a response. Baslyne’s CEO, Tom Kinder said that this new tech is being used to understand the young athletes and in the future will be used for the PTSD military as well. He also considers this as one of the most important things the team is doing and is aiming to provide an accurate solution for all these problems.

The test goes on for about four minutes and later will give out the right information in real-time about the patient’s brain.  By collecting brain voltage information the operators precisely narrow down to the brain’s responses and find the problem
