Rodan + Fields appoints Steve Dee as CIO

Multilevel marketing firm Rodan + Fields has appointed a new Chief Information Officer (CIO) named Steve Dee. Steve brings to the table more than 25 years of experience in technology and digitization at some of the world’s leading brands such as Nike and Accenture. While at Nike, Dee served as Vice President. His job involved leading brand marketing efforts around the globe in addition to managing technology teams.

His excellent track record as a leading figure in technology and his expertise in deploying innovative tools and technology in the market made him one of the best choices to lead the tech team at Rodan + Fields. The company has been expanding its community of consultants who are primarily responsible for sales and a common platform to connect them would go a long way in consolidating growth strategies across markets. Steve will be responsible for platform engineering and digital product management, corporate applications and infrastructure, information security, and project management and governance teams.

The appointment comes at an important time for Rodan + Fields as it prepares to carry out a rapid expansion of its digital presence and provide greater support and connectivity to its base of consultants.

Steve graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida and went to work for Accenture, followed by an executive position at Hayneedle and J. Crew.
