Eagle Product Inspection services are now introducing new technology at the PACK EXPO which is scheduled from 23rd to 25th September 2019 at Las Vegas, the company is introducing its brand new innovation which provides superior contaminant detection and performs important inline quality checks. The new device consists of an Eagle pack high performance, densely compact X-ray machine built indigenously to it that helps to detect the contaminated food and beverages.
The company is using a new software system along with the X-ray scanner that enables to check the modified patterns of different bonds such as; hydrogen bonds, ionic bonds, and covalent bonds present in the food product and the software will interpret the results based on the bond linkage shown by the product.
Eagle pack 240 HC machine provides an exotic and superior X-ray performance and it can also detect foreign bodies that are present in different food samples ranging from packaged food materials, dehydrated food products, dairy products,and poultry products, over-wrapped trays, pouches,and other beverages.
The device providesa 100 percent inspection rate to find contaminants in containers including glass, metal and ceramic containers as well as plastic containers, cartons/boxes, and pouches. The global food manufacturers are now eyeing at this device.
