ORock Technologies has launched an all new object and block storage design in order to help the government as well as commercial users. This helps them to manage data in a sophisticated cloud computing environment. This cloud storage portfolio is based on Hewlett Packard (HP) Enterprise’s data management technology and keeps customer data within an infrastructure. The new design uses HPE GreenLake to bring about a secure, high-performing infrastructure and storage solutions as-a-Service, including HPE ProLiant Servers, HPE Apollo Systems, and HPE 3PAR Storage.
This new design is certified under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program and approved by the Department of Defense. This all-new cloud repository uses cases for backup, analytics as well as disaster recovery which will in turn seek to help enterprise customers address hyperscale storage requirements. It is also reported that ORock, uses multiple security controls to protect sensitive data in its open resource.
“The storage solutions provide instant accessibility to data at all times. Unlike cloud storage offered by hyperscale cloud service providers, ORock's simple, OPEX-based pricing models do not charge for data ingress or egress,” said the chief officer of ORock. This will help the customers to use the stored data whenever they need without any critical or complex issues and calculations.
