Maximizing efficiency while reducing bottom line costs
IOI is a national provider of payroll and employer outsourcing services. A leader in payroll processing, tax filing and human-resources administration solutions, IOI helps companies maximize their efficiency while reducing bottom line costs. The IOI team strives to provide the highest quality of customer service along with cutting-edge, scalable solutions to fit their clients’ business needs.
Tracking down employee details such as attendance records, performance linked incentives, leaves and benefits enrollment can be complicated. Handling internally often increases risk and potentialerror; the need for secure and accurate processing is crucial. IOI is equipped with tools designed to aid employers in managing the entire life cycle of an employee, from job posting and applicant tracking to payroll and benefits administration.
Critical reasons companies choose to outsource are: compliance, cost savings and efficiency in managing the data of their most expensive asset – their employees. IOI offers customers all of these things in a comprehensive solution. Outsourcing payroll to IOI offers customers peace of mind. IOI handles processing all of the details involved with payroll from tax filings, benefit accruals, medical deductions, and much more. Considering what a per-pay cost would be if payroll was performed in-house (salary, time involved, materials involved etc.) beyond managing the compliance, it really becomes obvious that outsourcing makes the best business sense.

The IOI Advantage
Automating reports, streamlining processes, and storing confidential data in one combined payroll/HRIS system are just a few ways that outsourcing payroll can help your company become more efficient.
Reduce Operating Costs
Checks, check vouchers and envelopes, printer maintenance, ink, software, software upgrades, network and server capacity, fees for direct deposits, and data storage can be costly and add to the time it takes to process payroll in-house. Companies that outsource typically see a significant reduction in these operating costs.
Rules and limits for deductions, garnishments and child support, new hire reporting, record retention, and data security are areas with ever-changing requirements. Outsourcing to a provider with a staff of professionals focused on staying up-to-date with payroll and tax regulations allows your organization to manage and control multiple steps and processes with ease.
Manage Payroll Taxes
Keeping up with different state, city, and locality payroll tax updates can be time consuming and confusing. Nationwide, all state and locality taxing requirements are built into IOIPay. Limit the potential for hefty tax penalties due to untimely deposits by outsourcing your payroll tax filing. Payment verification is available through the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS).
A cloud-based payroll system with a mass historical archive allows your company to reduce paperwork, secure confidential data, and conveniently access your information 24/7 from any secure internet connection.
