A passionate developer of Technology from Army background, Sudhir’s insatiable quest to experiment with applications has driven him to initiate his venture Marg in 1998 & since the company’s inception he had made sure that as an organization Marg should offer value to customers while encouraging free flow of ideas within the team. However I had my expert core team and we believed in our idea. I spotted a huge gap in the IT infrastructure of pharma industry and offered them a custom solution. From the team of three people we started the family of MurGuns. I never realized when the time flew and the organization had grown to a family of 1000+ professionals working from 6 Global offices, 250+ Indian offices and made us the leading & most admirable brand of the Industry.” Says Sudhir.

With an aim to help India smile a little more every day, he has started an NGO “HASI” (Human Association For Smiling India) to help the needy. The NGO aims to bring together small and medium organization who shares a dream of smiling India. HASI does not limit its aid or of those associated with it. The aim of HASI is provide happiness and relief. HASI is a platform of collective effort. Every organization and every individual who shares a mission of making India smile is a part of HASI. Additionally, Sudhir is also actively associated with “Life Care Information and Education Society”, an NGO working in the field of skill based development for economically weaker section. He feels very delighted when his efforts help a bright individual to overcome his/her economic insufficiencies and become a trained and skilled resource fit to earn independently.
