Kinesh Doshi- Founder, CEO
Kinesh Doshi has about 20 years of IT leadership, business strategy and execution experience. He has worked in a range of industries and built teams of up to 400 resources for large clients such as Deutsche Bank, Citibank, Symyx, SAS, Churchill Downs, Bausch, Microsoft, etc.
Kinesh has deep experience in applying the best-practices of commercial software development to the enterprise space. He has co-founded two other technology services firms and has been instrumental in growing them to over 1,000 resources. Kinesh is an alumnus of DCE, IIT-Delhi &
Kellogg School of Business.

Ramesh Narasimhan-
Managing Director (Accion India)
Ramesh heads India operations for projects and CDL-based services for Accion Labs. In addition Ramesh also leads the mobility business for Accion Labs. Ramesh has over 15+ years experience in IT and has worked with multinational clients, building strong professional relationships with industry leaders, mentoring and grooming a highly technical team, identifying creative business models and implementing various business strategies. He has great mix of technical and business skills. He has strong leadership and Managerial Experience – managing highly technical architects, web designers and system admin. He has won many awards for performance excellence and innovation in his career. Ramesh holds an Executive Management Certificate from IIM-K, Masters Degree in Computer Applications, Bachelors in Mathematics, and is a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect.
