During his tenures in different industries Joel has led dedicated teams for developing robust Decision support systems, Business Process Optimization initiatives to deliver improved ROI to the respective Corporations.

Joel directly overseas the Software Quality Processes for the delivery organization at JD Soft. He is the driving force behind the organization’s core groups for Product Incubation and Information Security Management.
