Founder & CEO – Mr. Hardik Parekh
Meticulous, spontaneous and observant, Hardik is the energy-core that powers Searce. His current interests include leveraging predictive analytics to improve processes, self-learning platforms that go beyond paperless, Product Management in the area of Logistics Analytics & People Analytics. Hardik is an engineer at heart and loves design thinking approach to identify better ways of doing things. Prior to founding Searce, Hardik has worked as a Management Consultant in the area of Technology-led Business Process Improvement and has done his MS in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, USA and BE in Mechanical Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad.
