Q. What kind and quality of raw materials do you use for producing your supplements?

The raw materials used in manufacturing our products are all Halal, Vegan, Kosher certified, and also gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free and non-GMO. The quality of raw material is verified through comparing the test results with the certificate of analysis provided by the manufacturer.

Q. Tell us about your quality testing procedures?

There are several phases of testing to ensure quality. It begins with testing the raw materials, then testing the final product for physical, chemical, and microbial parameters, and finally periodically testing the control sample on a quarterly basis to ensure that quality is being maintained over a period of time.

Q. In your experience, what is the key to developing a good team?

There are several factors affecting the morale and productivity of a team:

Q. How do you recruit the right talents for maintaining the quality of your service?

Now as we have established ourselves, most of the candidates come through referrals. For contractual and basic tasks, we also employ recruitment agencies.

Q. Specialized offerings often come with an expensive price tag. How do you maintain your affordability and profitability?

We aim to offer products with added benefits but at a competitive pricing. We try to achieve economies of scale and using different manufacturing partners on the basis of their capabilities in specific product forms.

Q. How do you maintain a strong relationship with clients and how do feedbacks help you?

Our social media presence is our biggest feedback mechanism. We also have retail kiosks at supermarkets where our team directly interacts with our buyers. We also have a team of sales reps who visits pharmacies and collect feedback from the intermediaries. We also actively participate in all major consumer events and come across people who are using or intend to use our products. The feedback we receive on our products is the key to our ability to keep our products and offerings in line with the changing market needs and preferences.

Q. Do you have any new services ready to be launched?

We are in consumer healthcare business, so yes, our products keep evolving and we also add 3-4 new products every year to our products’ portfolio.

Q. What does the future hold for your company and its customers? Are exciting things on the way?

With the growing awareness regarding side-effects of drugs, the role of alternative medicines and preference towards adopting a holistic approach towards long-term health management, future seems to be very promising for companies like Greeniche Natural Health. Global demand is growing and being a Canadian brand, we remain on top of buyers’ priority list.
