Meet the directors

Cameron Brookes, Managing Director

With experience spanning more than two decades in the IT industry, Cameron Brookes is a co-founder and the Managing Director of Kiandra IT.

Cameron studied Computer Science and Communication Engineering at La Trobe University, is an active member of the CEO Institute (having earned the Certified CEO designation), the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders. Cameron is also a member of the Telstra Business Awards judging panel, has been named Best Business Leader in the My Business Awards, and is a proud alumni of the RBA Small Business Finance Advisory Panel.

A die-hard Blues supporter, basketball, soccer and motorsport nut, Cameron is currently strategising his plan of attack to take out the Kiandra Footy Tipping comp.

Martin Cooperwaite, Director – Strategic Accounts

Martin‘s IT story started over 30 years ago when he wrote adventure computer games for his 2nd grade primary school friends. Martin has come a long way since then, co-founding the successful software development and infrastructure organisation Kiandra IT, while studying at University, over 20 years ago.

Martin‘s drive and passion for custom software has been instrumental in developing Kiandra‘s reputation as one of Australia‘s top custom software development houses. Martin has a Bachelor of Computer Science degree and has attained numerous industry certifications along his journey.

Chris Munro, Director – Technology Services

Chris is the Director – Technology Services at Kiandra IT with responsibility for Kiandra‘s capabilities and services across technology consulting, infrastructure outsourcing and managed services. In this role Chris also leads Kiandra‘s quality and delivery capabilities nationally and is responsible for account management and business development for key strategic accounts. Chris is also leading the team‘s cloud strategy and security consulting capability to ensure Kiandra‘s services portfolio meets the complex and rapidly changing demands of its clients.
