Senseye™, derived from ‘Sensei’ , signifies guidance and authority, something that inspires our company.

Trusted by Fortune 500 industrial companies, Senseye™ is the leading cloud-based product for Predictive Maintenance 4.0. It is used by maintenance teams to halve unplanned downtime and increase maintenance efficiency, saving money by using proprietary machine-learning algorithms to automatically forecast machine failure and remaining useful life, achieving a typical ROI of fewer than 3 months.

Driven by Industry 4.0 / the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), industrial operations are increasingly autonomous. Factories contain numerous sensors that provide real-time data on the status of production and machinery to optimize operations.

To ensure that its customers can choose the correct solutions for them, Senseye works openly with leading providers of industrial solutions, including SIEMENS, SKF, GE, Schneider Electric and PTC ThingWorx.

Senseye in Use

Whether you’re a maintenance manager or a CxO, maintainer or CM Expert, Senseye’s sole purpose is to make your predictive maintenance as simple, cost-effective and intuitive as possible.

Senseye takes machine condition and operations data from your factory historian, IoT middleware or database solutions. There is no need to add any hardware or install anything on-site.Senseye is an industrial operations software tool, designed to be used on the shop-floor by the maintenance and operations people who need to keep things running smoothly and ensure that unplanned downtime stays down.

Like all good Industry 4.0 / Industrial IoT software, Senseye is designed to integrate seamlessly and provide maximum value by leveraging your existing investments. It focuses on automatically delivering advanced Predictive Maintenance insights in an easily understandable manner.

Industries

Automotive: Senseye works throughout the automotive supply chain, with major automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) as well as Tier 1 suppliers. With the costs of downtime in the automotive industry exceeding $3.5m per hour, there is tremendous pressure to ensure that production equipment is reliable and efficient.

Senseye helps automotive companies monitor all their machinery, not just the ‘critical points of failure’. Its solution has helped clients to:

  • Reduce unplanned downtime by 50%
  • Avoid 2 serious downtime events per week per site, helping each site produce an extra 5,000 cars per year
  • Scale from 20 critical assets to thousands without increasing the workload of the on-site PdM team
  • Experience an ROI of fewer than three months

Nissan

Senseye is providing PdM capability across three European Nissan global production sites where models such as the Qashqai, X-Trail, Leaf, and Infiniti are produced. Over 2,500 assets, including robots, conveyors, drop lifters, pumps, motors and press/stamping machines are remotely monitored using Senseye’s proprietary algorithms. More than 200 maintenance users actively use Senseye to optimize maintenance activities and make repairs months before predicted machine failure.

“Senseye is supporting our Predictive Maintenance program across three production facilities and has helped us lower overall downtime and increase OEE.”

- Damian Wheeler, Nissan UK Engineering Director

Senseye works with Nissan North America to automatically monitor a hybrid of machinery. Senseye was selected to provide a scalable Predictive Maintenance capability for providing advanced warning of possible machine failures. This helps to reduce unplanned downtime and increase OEE.
