The company mainly caters to SMEs in implementing Cost effective ERP solutions. How the journey began

Incorporated in 2003, the company started its operation in the US. They then opened a back office operation in India and in 2008 the back office operations were converted to a full-fledged technical arm of ITFlux Inc. Thus, ITFlux Inc. registered ITFlux Technologies Pvt. Ltd in Kochi, India with majority holdings.

Headquartered in Silicon Valley, California, USA, the Indian subsidiary of ITFlux is in Kochi, Kerala. Having their foothold in the US and India province, the company is now focusing on Africa as their new geography.

Meet the People behind ITFlux success 

Ram Panikath, Director, President & CEO – Ram started his career as a consultant in Kerala State productivity council, and then moved on to Bharat Petroleum Corporation limited as project engineer. Later he worked in the construction industry. He also had a two-year stint in Middle East before moving to the US. He has been in the software field for the past 20 years. He holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.

As President & CEO at ITFlux, Ram has been providing leadership to position the group at the forefront of the industry. Besides being responsible for developing strategic plans that help in the advancement of the company’s mission and objectives, he promotes the revenue, profitability and growth of the organization.

Krishnanath Venkataraman, Director & Chief Operating Officer- An Innovative, entrepreneurial and performance-focused technology leader and business developer, Krishnanath holds more than 15 years of IT industry experience in both Product Development and Service Organization in various roles from Software engineer to Operations head. He also carries hands on experience in all areas of SDLC, including agile development methodology, SCRUM.

As a successful entrepreneur he has worked with many clients like Brahmins Foods, Vinayaka Foods, Amphora – Botswana, Henry & Farad, Jomsons Enterprises, Vidya International Charitable Trust, Muthoot Finance to name a few at ITFlux.

At ITFlux, Krishnanath has been successful in building, managing and motivating teams and keeping attrition under control. He is also responsible for understanding clients’ business needs, strategic direction and identifying initiatives that will allow a business to meet those goals. Presently he is leading a team of 40+ professionals in various domains.

A degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Krishnanath is a Certificate winner of Lean Management Principles by Maruna, Netherlands and Certificate winner of Essentials in Software Project Management by QAI, Bangalore.

Hemant Mohan,Vice President – Products & Services – A Result Oriented leader with strong ability to communicate value and long-term vision in the adoption of Business Process Management and Enterprise Application Integration, Hemant possess more than 15 years of consulting, pre-sales experience in BPM and EAI systems development. He carries extensive experience in working with clients in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Hemant holds a Bachelors in Technology(Production Engineering) from Kerala University and an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Kozhikode. His Interest areas include strategy formulation and implementation, Marketing, Change management, Talent management and Business Process Management. Hemant is responsible for project deliveries in ITFlux.
