The Silicon Review
“We strive to earn the respect and trust of every client by doing what we say we will do. We’ve built our business by putting our clients’ interests first.”
hyperCision is an HR technology consulting company that specializes in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. hyperCision Inc. was formed in 2001 to help organizations transform their transactional human resource processes into strategic human capital management (HCM) practices by deploying, optimizing, and sustaining SAP HR and Talent Management solutions.
Since then, we have attracted some of the best consulting talents in the SAP and SuccessFactors arena. While today there are other consultancies that provide SAP HCM services, no other organization brings the depth of SAP HCM knowledge with more deeply-caring consultants than hyperCision.
Our approach is simple: we hire the best, most personable and caring SAP and SuccessFactors consultants in the industry and give them the foundation, tools, processes, and guidance to allow them to deliver strategic HCM transformation for our clients.
We partner with our customers to move them beyond transactional HR to strategic HCM. Our team of consultants delivers full lifecycle support and ongoing support, focused on optimizing both solutions and processes for our customer organizations. We have designed our care to support IT and HR business teams in planning, implementing and sustaining your solutions.
hyperCision is dedicated to providing the highest level of service. Originally, our business was focused on the initial deployment and optimization of currently deployed SAP HCM modules. Our service offerings have expanded as SAP/SuccessFactors products have evolved and as our clients needed help in other areas where we knew we could deliver to our standards.
hyperCision was founded with the exclusive focus on SAP HCM implementations. Since that time we’ve celebrated many successes:
While SAP has made the cloud a core component of their product strategy, many clients remain on-premise or have hybrid environments. So our traditional SAP HCM skills remain very sharp and in great demand.
Though the technology landscape has shifted over the years, our approach to SAP HCM engagements has been very steady. We standardized early on the SAP ASAP implementation methodology and more tightly aligned these processes with HCM best practices. We have a deep implementation, upgrade, and optimization expertise across all of the SAP HCM modules.
“Metropolitan Utilities District needed a better way to manage their classroom training, recordkeeping and eLearning efforts. Our new LMS allows us to reach more employees with significantly fewer resources while saving the organization valuable time and effort. It has allowed employees to have a degree of control over their own learning.”
