Q. Can you explain about your services in brief?

Q. What are the challenges you had to face while developing solutions for Alphind? How did you overcome them?

Chasing a bigger vision of developing whole person care solution by bringing the communities together, selling the vision to stakeholders is an ongoing challenge. We are developing many parallel individual products and a payer platform to service individual markets and allow all the native and similar competitive products seamlessly integrate to provide a holistic view of the patient/person.

Having started as a service solutions provider, transforming to be an Innovative products org. is the biggest internal challenge. Heavily focused on US only, expanding the outreach to global market required fresh thinking and augmenting capabilities on all fronts. Covid & great resignation posed the next bigger challenge. Our employee first culture and carefully chosen array of partners helped us to overcome all the challenges.

Q. Many hospitals are focused on the financial aspect of health care and not the quality outcomes. How do you maintain the affordability of your solutions for mass adoption?

Initially we are focusing on enabling small to medium practices & help them to easily & seamlessly integrate with hospitals, partners, govt. agencies etc. Our pricing model scales with the providers growth. Our EHR has RCM component as well. We charge a % of the total revenue collection of the provider. This too we try to cover by improving their collection efficiency & recommending new opportunities based on industry trend & ever-changing govt. regulations. Also, the integrated AI based alternate payment models will enable providers to stay on top of how they compare with the benchmarks and their peers to continuously improve the quality of care.

Q. How do you market your services?

Our go to market strategy is to slowly introduce operational applications that will supplement clinical staffing abilities that have been stretched thin from attrition and burnout. We are developing innovative technology solutions that will pave the path for an Alphind Whole Person Care that unites the silos of disparate data between the payer, provider, patient and government for the benefit of the individual globally for generations to come. The methodology is to clearly listen to understand the needs of the market and focus on the complete encompassing user experience and the return on adoption. When this is achieved, the resistance to change fades away. 

Q. Do you have any new services ready to be launched?

Yes. ARMS – Accountable referral management system, analytics engine with alternate payment models to help both payers and providers to stay on top in the competitive world and be prepared for the Value Based Payments system to be implemented later this year. Predictive capabilities of our remote monitoring system is another one in the beta stage to provide fully privacy protected 24/7 monitoring alerting any untoward incidents real- time and predict certain incidents via continuous learning.

Q. What does the future hold for your company and its customers? Are exciting things on the way?

Our 10-year vision is to enable individuals to gain access to every bit of his/her personal healthcare data and make sense of the same and visualize it in a graphical representation.
