Maj. Manjit Rajain, Group Chairman- The founder of Peregrine Guarding Pvt. Ltd. and the Chairman of Tenon Group of Companies, Manjit is a visionary. He carries rich experience in high security environments including counter-insurgency and VIP protection in his service stint with the Indian Army and Police, Maj. Manjit Rajain utilized his in-depth understanding of security to start Peregrine as an entrepreneurial venture in 1995. Having built Peregrine into one of India’s foremost professional security services companies, today he is focused on the expansion of the Tenon Group, globally. Recently he has been nominated as a Global Advisor to Yale School of Management. Major Manjit Rajain is an MBA and is currently pursuing his Doctorate. An avid reader and an amateur golfer, he has also been a renowned shooter.

Brig. Rajan Oberoi, Group CEO- An accomplished security professional with over 34 years of experience in the security related domain. Brig. Oberoi has had an erstwhile career in the Indian Army prior to joining Peregrine Guarding. During his tenure with the Army, Brig. Oberoi was tasked with the responsibility to raise the first combat elements of the National Security Guards – The “Black Cats”, and subsequently went on to head this elite counter terrorist outfit as their “Force Commander”.

Brig. Oberoi’s distinguished services in diverse fields, including counter-terrorism, has earned him accolades while in service, including the prestigious President’s Police Medal for Gallantry(PPMG) and a Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM).

Rakesh Tripathie, Managing Director- A part of Peregrine since 2006, Rakesh is an avid marketer with more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing has been associated with Peregrine Guarding for more than 8 years.

Siddharth Dahiya, Managing Director- Siddharth association with Peregrine Guarding is from 1999. He comes with a commendable experience of more than 21 years, predominantly in the security industry.

He joined Peregrine as an Assistant Manager when the employment strength was 200, now he holds the position of Managing Director. He is the Business Head for 20 states and has contributed in taking Peregrine among the top 4 and the fastest growing security company of the country.
