Tom Kieffer, CEO: Tom Kieffer co-founded Virteva in 2005 and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. A career-long entrepreneur, Tom has founded a number of technology consulting and services companies. In 1999, Tom founded Agiliti, a pioneer in the Cloud Computing and Software-as-a-Service marketplace. In March 2005, after transforming Agiliti into an IT managed hosting provider, Agiliti merged with VeriCenter where he served on the Board of Directors until August of 2007. Tom is the former Chairman of the Minnesota High Technology Association and is also a charter member of the Itasca Project. Tom is a licensed pilot and aviation enthusiast and serves on the Board of the MMOPA owner-pilot association. Always a geek at heart, he was awarded a technology device Patent in 1988 and authored the book, Get Connected, A Guide to Telecommunications in 1983.
