Inception of ARES

ARES has grown consistently from 1992, as a start-up company of three to now having over 800 employees in many offices and project offices across the country and around the world, this shows how wide the company have made a strong impact in global market. Behind the success

Richard J. Stuart, also known as Dick, has been the Chief Executive Officer at ARES Corporation since 1992. Mr. Stuart served as President of ARES Corporation until October 2010. He served as the President at Richard j Stuart Inc., Hillsborough, CA since 1989. He served as President of Cygna Group, Oakland, CA from 1983 to 1990. From 1976 to 1983 employed by impell corporation, San Francisco, ca. 1970 to 1976 employed by the atomic energy commission/nuclear regulatory commission, bathesda, md. From 1968 to 1970 employed by CVP engineers, Boston, MA. He has been the Chairman of the Board of ARES Corporation since 1992 and serves as its Director.
