JSW Steel boasts of one of the largest blast furnace with a capacity of 3.3 MTPA, taking JSW’s overall capacity to 12 MTPA at Vijayanagar, Karnataka, and its flagship steel plant. With its plants located across 6 strategic locations in South and West India, JSW Steel will continue to raise the bar with its high quality & diverse product range.

JSW Cement produces three varieties of cement: Portland Slag Cement (PSC), Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC), and Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBF). At Vijayanagar (Karnataka), Nandyal (Andhra Pradesh) and Dolvi (Maharashtra), JSW Cement utilizes slag from the JSW Steel plants to produce green cement.

JSW Cement’s flagship plant in Nandyal uses world-class technology (including the advanced Combi Finish Mode Roller Press Circuit and automated loading system) to manufacture cement. It also won prestigious awards for its energy-saving processes. With key markets in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Maharashtra, Orissa, and Goa, JSW Cement has been delivering high-quality products to several prestigious and large infrastructural projects in the southern and western regions of the country.

The JSW Sports: Developing The Nation’s Sporting Caliber

The Sports Division of the JSW Group is engaged in driving a variety of sporting programs that range from empowering some of India's best athletes to owning one of the most successful football clubs in recent memory.

The Sports Excellence Program (SEP) is the flagship endeavor of JSW Sports. The SEP currently supports 39 athletes across six disciplines. Athletes funded by the SEP have been achieving consistent success on the international stage since the inception of the program. SEP-supported athletes won a total of 15 medals at the 2014 Commonwealth Games and the Asian Games. In 2015, SEP boxers and wrestlers have won medals in continental and global competitions. 

The Division also owns Bengaluru FC, one of India's most successful clubs in recent memory. Bengaluru FC won the I-League, India's premier professional club competition, in its debut season and finished runners-up in its second season. The Blues, as the Club is affectionately known, also won the 2015 Federation Cup and managed to reach the pre-quarterfinals of the AFC Cup, a continental competition featuring some of Asia's best football clubs. 

JSW Sports owns the Bengaluru Yodhas, a franchise that reached the semifinals of the inaugural Pro Wrestling League. The franchise is co-owned by India's Test captain Virat Kohli. Discussions on entering the Hockey India League (HIL) are also currently in progress.

Meet The Chief

Mr. Sajjan Jindal is the Chairman of JSW Group. He is a mechanical engineer by training; Mr. Sajjan Jindal has been instrumental in transforming the functioning of the Indian steel industry with his progressive engagement of all stakeholders in the development process at JSW Steel. Under Mr. Jindal’s leadership, JSW Group over the years has expanded in other core sectors of the economy such as power generation, infrastructure Building and Cement manufacturing. His dedication to the cause of a self-reliant India is reflected in the technological innovations that define and set apart each JSW company. Today, under his leadership, the JSW Group runs some of the most energy efficient and eco-friendly manufacturing facilities in the country. Mr. Jindal is leading the JSW Group into a new era of technological advancement.
