Meet the People behind Ta3s

Sumukha, CEO: Sumukha has over 2 decades of experience in India and International market & having a successful track record in starting business, operations, creating innovative solutions and customer management. During the journey, his ability to listen to customer pains, comprehend and create innovative out of box technical solutions has helped many organization setup test center of excellence including few Fortune 500 companies, aiding them in achieving test automation and performance engineering goals. He embarked on entrepreneurial journey by joining few entrepreneurs in starting a testing service company in 2010. After successfully running it for 3 years and transitioning, he decided to start Ta3s in 2013 focused on test automation to aid customers achieve productivity in delivering quality products to market.

Vidya, Director HR: Vidya has a Master’s Degree from University of Mysore, started her professional career as a Researcher in Southwest Texas State University later to serve for the State of Texas (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) for 5 years. In 2010 she joined hands with a few entrepreneurs and founded a testing services organization. Desire to do something different and to provide unique value proposition to customers in test automation space prompted Vidya to join hands with Sumukha to start Ta3s solutions in 2013. Putting the experiences gained to use, Vidya is shouldering the responsibility of HR and Administrative functions at Ta3s.

Amitav, Senior VP: Amitav is a strategic leader with over 2 decades of experience in the IT industry with domain expertise in Mobile, eCommerce, Casino Gaming, Telecom, Insurance, Healthcare, Web and Enterprise Solution areas. His knowledge was embellished with double Masters; Masters in Mathematics and Masters in Systems & IT from BITS Pilani. He has extensive experience in onsite / offshore models and managed large/multidisciplinary teams in product companies across cross-functional teams in India, US, Malaysia, Japan, UK, Germany, France, Canada and China. Product release is an art and Amitav is helping Ta3s customers to ensure defect free delivery.

Gangadharaiah, Key Advisor: A veteran in the IT industry, Gangadharaiah has over three decades of leadership experience in the areas of technology, business development, strategy and operations. Having M.Sc (Computing Science) University of Alberta, ME (Electrical Engineering) I.I.Sc Bangalore & was associated with Wipro Technologies for about 17 years. As a key member of the Wipro’s Senior Management Team and was instrumental in building the Testing Services Business at Wipro Technologies. He has been credited with creating the “Largest Testing Service Business in the World (Source: IDC report 2010)” for Wipro Technologies.
