The Silicon Review
Our pledge to clients: a commitment to Service, Solutions, Satisfaction.”
ITsavvy is showing the industry how to integrate IT products and advanced IT solutions with a client-centered approach. It has catapulted from a Midwest start-up to a national leader in IT products and solutions. Founded in 2004 as B2B Computer Products, the company has been consistently recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing businesses of its type. Built on an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives along with its growth and success, the company, in 2012, rebranded into ITsavvy to better reflect its growing technology solutions.
A year later ITsavvy acquired CT Networks and infrastructureWORKS. CT Networks made its mark delivering the full potential of converged IT, voice, and data, hosted and managed services with customized solutions. InfrastructureWORKS was an IT services and consulting company, specializing in solutions in areas of IT including storage, virtualization, networking, business intelligence and DR. ITsavvy sees a strong future in the convergence of virtualization, managed services and cloud technologies. Its expertise as a single-source provider helps clients become more efficient and competitive with solutions that reduce redundancy, are highly scalable and leverage emerging cloud technologies.
ITsavvy solutions and the exceptional services that follow
By combining a leading value-added reseller business with Engineered Solutions, Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, and Unified Communications, ITsavvy has become the industry model for the integrated IT products and solutions provider. With more than 1,000,000 products and a vendor-neutral philosophy, ITsavvy’s business-to-business reseller business offers more than a 1,000 name brands. With 46 distribution centers nationwide, the company ships 99% of in-stock items the same-day, enabling clients to realize procurement efficiencies and savings. The company’s vendor-certified Client Executives act as a single-point of contact with clients, following deliverables from pitch to post-sale. They are supported by teams of experts who are cross-trained on all of the services for end-to-end knowledge in design, product recommendation and solution implementation.
Empowering through technology
ITsavvy believes that most companies will soon relinquish day-to-day management of the IT infrastructure to expert providers in order to concentrate on more value-added projects. In 2015, the company leveraged the strengths of its two acquisitions by making a significant technological investment in a state-of-the-art data center, an in-house Managed NOC, and a 24x7x365 US-based Help Desk. These three technologies support ITsavvy’s growing managed services and cloud solutions practice areas.
Aid to innumerous verticals
ITsavvy has clients in every industry/vertical, including insurance, healthcare, financial, retail, automotive, publishing, legal, non-profit, education, government, entertainment, real estate, and construction. With an extremely high growth potential, keeping up with the accelerated growth in an efficient manner is paramount and the company works hard to maintain the high standards it set for itself.
What makes ITsavvy different?
ITsavvy is well known in the industry for its breadth of expertise, and in 2016, ITsavvy was named to CRN’s Tech Elite 250. It is an annual recognition that honors an exclusive group of North American IT solution providers who have earned the highest number of advanced technical certifications from leading technology vendors. It is proof of ITsavvy’s exceptional engineering qualifications to recommend, design, deploy and support its end-to-end solutions, from assessment to installation.
