Terms of Services

1. Silicon Review LLC reserves the right to reject or to cancel at any time advertising the publisher deems unacceptable for any reason. Silicon Review LLC does not take responsibility for errors in the key numbers or other typesetting done by the advertiser. Advertisers and advertising agencies assume responsibility for all contents
(including text and / or illustrations) of advertisements printed. Silicon Review cannot guarantee reproduction quality of advertiser supplied materials that are not prepared according to Silicon Review specifications and / or arrive after the material due date. Advertisers and advertising agencies also assume responsibility for any claim arising there from made against Silicon Review.

2. Silicon Review is not liable for failure to publish or circulate any part of any issue(s) because of acts of God, strikes, work stoppages, national emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the control of the publisher. Silicon Review’s obligation shall not exceed a refund of amount paid to
Silicon Review for the advertisement(s).

3. Please note the Silicon Review will not accept any cancellations. All payments are to be made in advance in favor of Silicon Review LLC.

4. It is up to the advertiser to contact Silicon Review if the advertiser needs to change the ad material in an ongoing contract. The advertiser needs to contact Silicon Review at least two weeks before issue closing.

5. A facsimile of any furnished insert must be submitted to Silicon Review prior to printing of the insert. Silicon Review is not responsible for errors or omissions in, or the production charges incurred by Silicon Review arising out of advertiser’s and / or agency’s failure to deliver furnished inserts pursuant to Silicon Review’s specifications.
