Knowing the Leader

Gowri Shankar Subramanian, Chief Executive Officer- Gowri Shankar Subramanian is a Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO of Aspire Systems. Under his leadership, Aspire has grown to a team of 1,500-plus people with a strong presence across US, Europe, Middle East and India. Aspire has been ranked as one of the 100 best employers in India for the past six years in a row by The Economic Times and Great Place to Work Institute. Aspire has also been featured periodically in Deloitte's list of fastest-growing companies in India and Asia-Pacific.

Gowri has been named as an upcoming, young CEO by The Economic Times and as a top 20 executive in Information Technology by The WEEK. He is an active speaker and has presented in various industry events and has been quoted extensively by leading publications.

Gowri has a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Pondicherry Engineering College. He is also an amateur pilot still trying to get it right!
