Charles M. Thomas, President & CEO
Charles emergence in the world of technology and federal government contracting has been a triumphant story of perseverance, hard work and self-motivation. With little else but a dream and the determination to rewrite his own story, Charles turned his modest circumstances into life changing success. Educated at the University of Maryland University College, he majored in Information Systems and gravitated to Software Development. Realizing early in his career that establishing strong relationships, making good first impressions and treating customers and co-workers alike with respect and dignity would unlocked doors and create unique business opportunities. With the distinctive ability to place no limits on what he could accomplish, Charles decided that he would take a chance on his dream.

In 2003, fortified with a vision of innovation, integrity, and ingenuity, Charles started Consummate Computer Consultants Systems, LLC (dba C3 Systems) as an independent contractor. Today, C3 Systems is one of the fastest growing companies in North America on Deloitte’s 2014 Technology Fast 500™, 2014 and 2015 INC/5000. Charles credits C3 Systems’ continued growth and success to his outstanding team of employees who operate under his motto “Collaboration is a Must.”

A community activist, Charles believes that true success is not measured by a dollar value, but how much your success contributes to the community and society as a whole.

Elizabeth La Grange Smith, Director of Administration

At C3, Smith manages the Administrative Department which includes Human Resources, Accounting, IT Corporate Support Education Program, Recruiting, Contract Administration, Corporate Administration, Facilities and Security. Liz has been working in Administration, Office Management and Senior Executive Support Services since 1979. She is accomplished in the identification, development and implementation of organizational processes and procedures and is an effective leader and team builder with the ability to encourage desired group behavior, while promoting a favorable work environment conductive to high productivity across all levels. Liz joined C3 Systems in February, 2014 and in less than one year she and her team implemented innovative structure, policy enhancements and processes which created a fully functioning, effective and efficient internal resources and support system.

Liz graduated from WSS, Executive Administrative Program in 1979 and attended Catholic University, Continuing Education. Her management philosophy is to treat all employees with dignity and respect so that those she serves always feel valued and appreciated.
