How has the journey been so far?

Initially, the company started with just 3 members with Microsoft dynamics CRM projects, and then gradually increased to a team of 10 members acquiring many big projects. CybateSoft was registered in 2015, and now it has more than 50 resources working with different technologies like Dynamics CRM, GP, IOS, AX, Ecommerce, Animations, SAGE ERP, etc. The innovative solutions that CybateSoft provides use cutting edge technologies to help its clients achieve their goals. It leverages its infrastructure and harnesses the power of human capital to transform business challenges across the globe into creative solutions.

In India there are fewer companies who work for the ERP, like SAGE, dynamics GP, AX, NAV, but CybateSoft has experts in the ERP who can easily fulfill the client requirements, fit gap analysis etc. We use latest technologies, and we have our own connectors to satisfy our clients. We provide ERP services, Microsoft dynamics CRM 365, Microsoft Dynamics Great plains, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Sage ERP, Mobile applications, Ecommerce, and Animations. Some of our big clients are Legal assist ltd, GO FOUND YOU, FB Fruit Market, Wholesale Bud, AES, SIM & SAM, Softpal, DVR associates, etc.

What are the challenges that you and your company faced?

When I started the company, I was the only person taking the roles of developers, HR, sales, and CEO. The first thing I focused was on building relationships in the market with new customers. I know that most of the startups fail due to lack of funding and senior employees, so my first target was to get projects from customers. Then I implemented my strategies to make my company successful in the market. Meanwhile, I tied up with local midscale companies from USA and INDIA and worked on their projects. With that reference, my clients, funding and employees increased. Now we are going to tie up with international bank from Dubai for upcoming projects.

What are the factors that differentiate CybateSoft from others in the domain?

• Our approach - We take pride in the solutions we deliver. We encourage each other to achieve excellence in all endeavors and aren’t satisfied until projects meet our own personal high standards. We are continually evolving, adapting to continually emerging accepted best practices and accepted standards (such as using XHTML1.1, CSS-based design, CSS Techniques and Database design methodologies).
• Our quality - Quality is a word we use often. But here, we mean it. At Digital Crew, each project, large or small, is assigned a quality controller who is typically another application developer who has not worked directly on the project. Before any project is deployed, the quality controller will review the website or application and will ensure the project conforms to all agreed standards.
• Our quality of database design - Database design is critical; get it wrong and a project will never get off the ground, will be unacceptably slow or will suffer data integrity issues in the future. At Digital Crew, we are experts in database design and development. We use accepted database table and field naming standards, we enforce foreign key constraints and we assign indexes to frequently searched fields for rapid access to data. This gives your database a structural integrity, that will allow it grow with stability.
