Buddy Flerl, Chairman & CEO: Buddy is a veteran technology executive and investor, currently serving on the boards of RDX and IQinVision. As a hands-on leader and investor, he drives the daily customer and results-oriented focus with RDX’s leadership team, while ensuring the company leverages requisite capital and management resources.

Buddy is a founder of 21Ventures, a $250M private equity fund focused on software, renewable energy and security technologies. He has served as the CEO of Agent Video Intelligence and Vice President of Sales for QRS Corporation. Buddy’s career began with a distinguished sales tenure at IBM, where he received recognition on the Gerstner Report at the age of twenty three. Buddy holds an AB degree in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a minor in German. In addition to numerous board obligations, he serves as a Eucharistic minister at the Allegheny County Jail. He lives in Pittsburgh with his wife and three children.
