With more than 25 years experience, he has demonstrated the ability to influence and close multi-million dollar sales opportunities and an exceptional track record of results. Prior to BayCreative, Scott was a Director of Market Management with Cisco Systems. Scott has led a team of world-class marketers that delivered strategic, innovative and integrated marketing campaigns that resulted in more than $2.3 billion in Cisco Services revenues. Before Cisco, he was a Vice President of Global Marketing for CNET Networks, and held senior marketing positions at PeopleSoft (now Oracle), OnDisplay (now OpenText) and PC World.

Arne Hurty, Chief Creative Officer & Co-Owner: A problem solver with over 30 years experience Hurty’s work can be found at the forefront of materials used by hundreds of companies.
