With his entrepreneurial zeal, he has been focusing on the sustainable balanced business growth of ESSPL and always looking at the ways to deliver the most competitive solution to all customers.

Som Jha, Founder, and Vice President: Som is an engineering graduate from Regional Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, India, graduated in the year 1990. He has worked as a consultant for global organizations all over the US. As a member of the ESSPL team, he has been working with all our clients in various capacities to deliver a satisfying experience for them. He is involved in grooming and leading teams to fulfill our clients IT vision. Kishore Anand, Founder, and Vice President: Kishore Anand has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry in delivering Business Intelligence Solutions, Large Scale Database administration, high-performance business application. He worked with the Tata Group in India and AIG, MCI, AT&T and Duke Energy in USA in the areas of application software development, system software, database, ERP and project management. Kishore directs ESSPL 's technology vision and is responsible for Project management, solution architecture and Business Analysis. Kishore holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from NIT, Jamshedpur, India. Apart from work, he loves traveling to different places & adventure sports.
