The Founder’s Words: We are not limited to any particular area, agency or space. We constantly continue to let our clients and future customers know that we are Veteran-friendly. We constantly posit that “Employees with prior military service often bring keen insight, experience, and knowledge of our government customers’ needs and requirements”. This helps us develop better solutions for the most critical challenges. Today, we, Succeed To Lead, LLC (STL) have not only met, but have exceeded in being a successful enterprise.
The company’s honorable customers include US Army, US Army Cyber Center of Excellence, US Marine Corp Systems Command, United States Army Combined Arms Support Command (USACASCOM), US Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Small Business Administration (SBA).
“Succeed to Lead (STL) has not only met but it has exceeded in being a successful enterprise. The company’s experts were assembled and organized in a manner that resulted in immediate positive results for this government customer. STL also showed diversity and depth in the company’s portfolio of support. The team has stepped up to every challenge presented. This has included development and management of senior level financial reports, Audit support, Training program package development, and Military Equipment Valuation management processes. STL has also stepped up to support the Marine Corps in development and leadership support to the processes between Marine Corps commands.” says, Steven E. Costa, Contract Officer Representative (COR), US Marine Corps Systems Command.
The Future Sight
The company will continue to focus on the current services that it offers. It has a strong niche in those areas and it will only pursue other areas of interest if it believes that it can make a strong impact in that particular service offering. The company says, “We cannot be all things to all people and this is how small businesses get in trouble.” They bite off more than they can chew and then realize that they cannot perform nor do the work that they may have just signed up for.
