As one of the founders of Reliable, Ravi is responsible for day to day business operations and oversees the development and execution of Reliable’s overall company growth. With more than 18 years of experience in technology management & consulting, he is responsible for managing Reliable’s strategic business units.

1) What exactly does team Reliable do? Why are your services so important?
Organizations today are not only challenged by the constantly changing and emerging technologies, but are also confronted with difficulties in acquiring adequate human resources to meet the dynamics of the different IT Project initiatives. It becomes imperative to any business organization to utilize the most cost-effective ways of acquiring talent for immediate and long-term projects with a specific or niche skill set.

3) What are the challenges faced by you and your company? How does it shape your plans for the future ahead?
Our main challenge is to provide best quality candidates at lowest possible billing rates to our clients. Our current focus is to increase the number of resources (IT professionals) we have and parallel expansion of our clientele.
