“We help you create a meaningful engagement experience that allows everyone in your organization move your business forward.”

The Time Value
Clarizen is a collaborative work management solution designed for people who value their time, and for organizations that value cross-company engagement. Built on a secure, scalable platform, Clarizen brings together project management, configurable workflow automation and in-context collaboration to create a meaningful engagement experience that allows everyone to work the way they work best. Everyone involved can track projects, communicate effortlessly and participate on their terms. When employees can connect to a larger and more meaningful purpose, progress is not only clear, it’s accelerated.

As a leader in collaborative work management software, Clarizen has several key product differentiators that set it a part from the competition. They include the following:

Collaboration in-context:
Clarizen strongly believes that transparency and open collaboration are the keys to portfolio and project success. Internal team members, external customers and/or partners alike can use Clarizen’s social and collaboration capabilities to link their unstructured conversations to actual work items in context (tasks, milestones, deadlines, etc.) and take action directly from real-time discussions.

Configurable workflow automation:
Clarizen’s best-in-class configurable platform allows both admins and users to configure the workflow processes, and business rules and user interface to their unique needs. Automated workflows can be tailored for multiple departments within one organization, without the need for coding or customization. Workflows can be scheduled to run on regular intervals, or they can be triggered by events—either an action the user takes, or a condition being met (for example when the actual cost exceeds budget by x %).

Tailored, role-based UI:
Clarizen prides itself on user adoption and usability. Its modern and intuitive User Interface (UI) is optimized based on profile. As a result, project managers and executives can immediately gain critical visibility into project health, and can better plan and course-correct. All users can also easily create and tailor out of the box reports and dashboards to promote 360° visibility. The result is a simplified and secure user experience while ensuring data privacy and security.
