The Happy Customers
“Talbots initiated a thorough RFP process prior to selecting Mi9 Retail for its Merchandising and BI solution. Talbots had evaluated solutions from JDA, Oracle, Epicor, Island Pacific, Mi9 Retail and others. The process revealed that all of the larger providers had cobbled together legacy systems that even their best pre-sales resources couldn’t navigate. Talbots also found that the larger providers’ implementations were challenging. For example, Talbots just completed a difficult implementation of Oracle’s merchandising financial planning. In contrast, Talbots found the foundational technology of Mi9 Retail to be stable and bundled up. Mi9 Retail was able to demonstrate that it could meet over 165 functional requirements.” – Ron Beard, Systems Consultant | Sycamore Partners

“Mi9 Retail is Bare Escentuals’ system of record across all our channels – wholesale, retail and e-commerce. We were able to implement Mi9 BI and Merchant in record time – under 5 months, which allowed us to move from a merchandising system and staff highly dependent on spreadsheets to full-blown business intelligence. The system has paid for itself in inventory and financial controls and helped us to more than quadruple our stores including moving internationally. In addition, Mi9 played a large and successful role in Bare Escentuals “surviving” going public, being audited, and ultimately being sold.” -Andy Molloy, Director of Retail, DTC | Bare Escentuals

Excellence in products, architecture, services, and people. This is Mi9 Retail’s commitment to retailers.”
