Meet the Founding Duo

Aseem Garg, Co-founder & Promoter: Aseem is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Post his MBA Aseem has worked with The National Kidney Foundation, Singapore. NKFS has a network of over 24 dialysis centers in Singapore treating over 2400 plus patients annually and is the undisputed leader in dialysis services technology in the Asian region. The quality of dialysis provided at NKS is top notch with the government of many neighboring countries routinely consulting NKFS to improve their dialysis services. Aseem was part of the internal consulting group at NKFS and reporting directly to the CEO. Having honed his teeth at the best possible place Aseem quit his job and came back to India, a trend unlike that of other IIM graduates, to embark on the path of social entrepreneurship in order to build a quality health care model in India. In a very short time DCDC has been able to gain leadership position in India.

Akshat Garg, Co-founder & Promoter: Akshat Garg is the co-founder & COO of dialysis centre chain Deep Chand Dialysis Centre (DCDC). Akshat’s leadership and hard work have made DCDC to establish it’s foothold in Delhi/NCR region. His knack for negotiations has seen many centre’s mushrooming in and around Delhi at key locations. After completing his B.SC from St. Stephens in 2007, he began his career in 2007 as Financial Analyst in Dawna Day Securities. Today, he has pioneered the concept of Standalone dialysis centre’s in India and is the leading service provider in this sector in Delhi/NCR region. He derives his inspiration from social causes which is also a family trait. The family has played a key role in establishing social institutions like Maharaja Agrasen Hospital, S.D Public school, Agarwal Bagichi Trust, Sanatan Dharam Mandir and have been active in other social activities.
