Kumar is responsible for all aspects of business including business development, client relations management, operations management, training & transition, quality management and Profit and Loss (P/L) management of the organization. His strengths include designing and implementing cost effective outsourcing solutions for healthcare industry, managing large multi location operations, client relationship management, business process reengineering and optimization to maximize organization’s and client’s profit and business development.

Prior to joining Pacific, Kumar was Executive VP with G.E. USA, Inc. – a large healthcare outsourcing consultancy and advisory firm based in San Francisco and was managing the outsourcing activities between several US based hospitals and clinics and their outsourcing partners in India, Philippines and other parts of the world.
