Facing the difficulties
DirectViz Solutions, while drawing a smooth pathway for business operations faced the biggest challenges like competition of bidding in the federal and defense industries during a decreasing budget environment. As the overall dollars available have reduced, competition has increased and made them adapt to fit their clients’ economic conditions. To succeed as a company, they had to adjust their infrastructure to support this shift in the marketplace. Thus, they invested in tools to automate, certifications, and consultants to create a more efficient corporate capability while not sacrificing quality.
Over the first year itself, they realized that being too lean could restrict their growth. Their investments proved to be the difference in 2013 when they won their first sizeable contract. Within a few months, they grew from one to 32 employees supporting clients in 4 states. Thus, they learned not only to focus on serving the needs of the clients, but they must also think about their employees and their experience with the company.
The future sight
For a bright future ahead, DVS is presently focused to deliver exceptional IT Support Services to their clients. Whereas, they have strong plans to expand into the DoD and Federal intelligence business as part of their future endeavors.

Knowing the Mastermind
Vinnie Tran, President and CEO
Tran directs all efforts for DVS’ business strategy development, executing corporate strategy, and overseeing contracts. He provides leadership and oversight of the company business development model and organization. In directing the strategic business development and federal contract proposal development, Tran is involved through the entire life capture cycle (identification, capture and proposal development).
