“Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.”– Vince Lombardi

DVS fuses technological capabilities with the right expertise to ensure cost-effective, efficient solutions that support return on investment. Since its foundation in late 2012, DVS has grown exponentially primarily due to their unwavering dedication to delivery of quality services to their business partners and clients. They have demonstrated and proven their ability to win small and large contracts and will continue to be competitive and achieve success over the next 5 to 10 years.

Targeting domains such as Technology Modernization and Data Centre Consolidation, DVS has gained trust in businesses who are willing to work with them. Some of their prestigious clients are Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) AND Defense Information System Agency (DISA). Being different in the domain
DVS’ commitment to deliver quality and cost-effective services and solutions makes them different from their competitors. They truly understand the current commercial, DoD, and Federal market financial conditions and budget constraints based on which they implement best business practices, using their Integrated Engineering, Delivery, and Operations Methodology (IEDOM) process that is based on industry standards

Today, DVS is ISO 9001:2008, ISO/IEC 20000, and ISO/IEC 27001 certified and appraised Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Maturity Level 3. DVS’ efficient support and services that provides mission-ready services and delivers effective and quality resources ensures that their clients have the support it needs to maintain and accomplish mission objectives.

Facing the difficulties
DirectViz Solutions, while drawing a smooth pathway for business operations faced the biggest challenges like competition of bidding in the federal and defense industries during a decreasing budget environment. As the overall dollars available have reduced, competition has increased and made them adapt to fit their clients’ economic conditions. To succeed as a company, they had to adjust their infrastructure to support this shift in the marketplace. Thus, they invested in tools to automate, certifications, and consultants to create a more efficient corporate capability while not sacrificing quality.

Over the first year itself, they realized that being too lean could restrict their growth. Their investments proved to be the difference in 2013 when they won their first sizeable contract. Within a few months, they grew from one to 32 employees supporting clients in 4 states. Thus, they learned not only to focus on serving the needs of the clients, but they must also think about their employees and their experience with the company.

The future sight
For a bright future ahead, DVS is presently focused to deliver exceptional IT Support Services to their clients. Whereas, they have strong plans to expand into the DoD and Federal intelligence business as part of their future endeavors.

“We have grown exponentially since our foundation primarily due to our unwavering dedication to delivery of quality and cost-effective services to our business partners and clients.”
