Case Study
JarothInc. needed to create a logistics dashboard, from which they could schedule, manage and analyze their ice cream delivery business. The solution was the StoreVoyant system designed and built by Falafel Software. StoreVoyant is a centralized hub that integrates information flowing from disparate systems, such as the Accounting/Delivery/Inventory system, mobile handsets in the fields, and the Ticketing System. In StoreVoyant, based on roles,
different users can manage their portion of the business. For instance, dispatchers can use a highly customized Bing Maps dispatch screen to make decisions about which tickets to assign to which drivers, and business managers can use the dashboard screen to approve or deny new business opportunities. Falafel built the new system from scratch, and worked with Jaroth to migrate data from three legacy systems in to the new hub.
