Tell us something about Trueforce’s service offerings how does it benefit clients? Can you tell us about how Trueforce is positioned in the recent Market scenario?
We are a product design and services company. We offer full lifecycle software services and also a business intelligence (BI) platform focused on the contact center.
We work with companies in their early stages to global Fortune 2000 companies.

How does team Trueforce position itself in the domain? What is the target area of Trueforce’s clientele?
All our customers in our product design sector come via referral. For our business intelligence platform our principals are subject matter experts with over 13 years in the contact center technology vertical.
For our cloud BI platform we typically target clients in the mid market to large enterprises. The companies in this sector for the BI platform use or migrate to the cloud contact center technologies.
Which is more important for team Trueforce: Technological advancement or Business Objectives?
Our domain expertise allowed us to launch the business intelligence (BI) platform in late 2013 that specifically tackles the limitations found in other BI platforms that do not have contact center expertise. We have built a very strong market following for our cloud contact center expertise. Our team of over 115 professionals also offers software services such as mobile, big data, custom product design, software development, testing, project management and integration/professional services of other leading third party cloud platforms.
What is it in Trueforce that differentiates it from others in the domain?
We believe in establishing long term relationships with our clients and help them improve technology-enabled performances across the different maturity stages of their business by innovating, building and deploying solutions.
In fact we pioneered the cloud contact center technology space as we have subject matter expertise and experience since 2001 and we wanted to extend our support to these clients.
What kind of challenges do you and your company face in day to day transactions, while dealing with clients, internal workplace matters, etc? How do you tackle these issues?
It takes a very specific skill set to understand the interworking of contact center technology space and the way one operates. We understand the need to keep up with the changing needs of clients and to keep up with the emerging technologies. We are innovators and thus define and optimize aggressively. We are also very selective about the associates we hire and try to maintain a strong team to live up to our client’s expectations.
In fact as Mobility is becoming the center of attention for most businesses, as customers and employees require connectivity with the enterprise information system on the go, we can develop, implement and integrate simple to complex Mobile Application & Solutions to suit client needs.
