The Founding Duo

Andy Smith, Chief Executive Officer, and Co-Founder: Andy is the co-founder of Agenor Technology Limited and has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. Andy’s experience is very varied having worked in the Financial Services, Utilities and Hospitality sectors and in several roles including Programme Manager, Project Manager, Group IT Manager and Technical Services Manager. He has a breadth of knowledge of Deployment Management and delivering large-scale programmes and IT Service Continuity solutions.

Jackie Smith, Director of Customer Success and Co-Founder: Jackie is the co-founder of Agenor Technology and has had many years of experience in a customer facing and client management roles, in particular within the Financial and Educational sectors. In previous roles, Jackie was appointed as a Financial Services Audit (FSA) Company Representative with a Scottish Investment Management company and has been responsible for managing a diverse range of customer services.
