The Best-In-Class Hydrogenics Products and Solutions
Industrial Hydrogen Generators by Electrolysis
The HySTAT™ and HyLYZER™ hydrogen generators are the result of a continuous strive to increase performance, flexibility, quality and durability. It offers the best cost/quality ratio and conversion efficiency in the industry. Hundreds of customers around the globe have already put their trust in Hydrogenics’ systems.
Hydrogenics has developed different turnkey solutions:
The company’s systems are ranging between 1Nm3 up to capacities in excess of 500Nm3. Its units are offered either for indoor use or in a housing to be installed outdoor with all needed peripherals.
In addition, Hydrogenics can offer 150 or 200bar compressors and storage to meet the backup requirement. With its worldwide partnerships, Hydrogenics can also support in the installation and start-up of the equipment if required and during the operation with its high skilled service team.
HySTAT™ and HyLYZER™ on-site hydrogen generation systems offer:
Energy Storage & Hydrogen Fueling
Renewable sources of generation such as wind power provide a viable pathway to reducing Hydrogenics’s carbon footprint while increasing its energy supply security. Since these resources are intermittent, other resources are needed to balance the electricity supply and load demand throughout the day. Hydrogenics has energy storage and hydrogen fueling solutions to manage this challenge for a large scale transmission grid down to a remote community micro-grid.
Power-to-Gas is a hybrid solution which converts surplus renewable generation into hydrogen using electrolysis and then injects the hydrogen into the existing natural gas infrastructure. Hydrogenics brings decades of experience in designing and installing on-site electrolyzers in indoor and containerized outdoor configurations to Power-to-Gas applications.
Lighten the carbon footprint – Hydrogenics can help leverage renewable power sources for clean hydrogen fueling stations to reach the carbon and greenhouse gas reduction targets. Hydrogenics has acquired significant field and technological know-how in renewable hydrogen fueling stations at 350 and 700 bar using electrolysis with over 50 installations worldwide.
Fuel Cells Make Sense Today
Hydrogenics Fuel Cell Power Systems targets the growing demand for fuel cells in applications that make sense today. Hydrogenics’ trademark low pressure, non-humidified stack technology is at the power-production core of all fuel cell products. The result is industry’s most advanced fuel cell performance that at the same time meets operator expectations for reliability, durability, fuel efficiency, affordability, quiet operation and easy maintenance.
With fuel cell systems operating in fleets and utility rooms around the globe, Hydrogenics believes that it can show how Hydrogenics Fuel Cell Power Modules can make operation cleaner, more efficient and cost effective.
